What’s up?
I’ve been doing a lot of reading and listening on 4D and 5D consciousness. I really feel that when I’m in a rush or not taking my time in more in a 3 dimensional world. I feel more “ dense “. My spirit doesn’t feel light and frisky as Abraham Hicks likes to say. You should check her out on YouTube if you haven’t before. Greta energy and great teachings. I find myself doing really strange things when I’m not taking my time. For example I’ll drop a dish, or I’ll stub my toe or I’ll be out of breathe just from taking a shower and I have to stop myself and ask, “ Chris why do you feel this way? “ . “ Why are you out of breath ? “ . I can also tell when I’m not present when my body is real clenched and tight. I can feel it in my jaw and in my legs. Things just feel tight when I’m not taking my time. How many daily mistakes can we reduce when we just take our time? What are we really in a rush to get to? To me, I have no reason to be rushing anywhere unless of course I actually am running late. More times than not you won’t be running late if you just take your time and prepare yourself ahead of time for whatever it is. Being present is key to transcending, amongst other things. Try brushing your teeth today mindfully and see where the rest of the day takes you. Also I fuck up a lot lol, and I want whoever is reading this that I’m on this life journey with you! Hopefully my perspective and years of studying can help whoever is reading this. I hope y’all have a wonderful Thursday. It’s fuckin thirsty Thursday! It reminds me of when I would drink 2 4 Lokos (sp?) and watch Jersey Shore in college. Lmaoo fucking tight. Be safe :)
