being consistently in the flow…
It’s funny. I have a blog. I often read other peoples blogs when I search something online, but then I pretend that blogs don’t exist and that no one would read mine. Really, I’m not too pressed for people to read my blog posts. Because sometimes I just want to get ideas down. I want to have some form of journaling. I write a lot of my stuff out in notebooks to keep track of my day but I rarely write down my thoughts. I figured this is a good place for it! I’ve always considered ‘induhgo’ to be a positive, aware, in the flow type of brand. A spiritual brand. Even though people tend to gawk at that word. I mean it in the sense of just being aware of yourself. Meditating. Self-Improvement. Getting in the FLOW. Where all of the magic happens. There will be times where I try to get in the flow and the simple act of trying to be in the flow will make it something that is not achievable. You must BE THE FLOW. Yes, allow things to settle down. Focus on every move you’re making. Appreciate the ability to use your fingers to type this blog post.
Let’s see. Do the last couple sentences sound a little bit more focused and present?
Maybe! But right now i’m focusing on being here with each word. Not being in a rush. Just enjoying the moment. Even as I make typos I feel like that is me not being present.
LOL okay, my bad.
I felt like I was gettin into such a focus wheel that I forgot that there were people reading this. Anyways, being in the flow is about consistency. Consistently training your mind to focus. Consistently giving attention to what is right now. Feeling your b r e a t h. Taking your time. Appreciating the fact that you have the gift of what ever it is, that you are doing now. Consistency is a skill! It’s something that must be cultivated.
I don’t really have much else to write at the moment because I feel that I cut off the flow OR maybe that’s the block of thought I have at the moment. That’s a phrase that i’ve learned from Abraham Hicks. A teacher that I am a fan of. Tons of books and videos on YouTube!
